Chairman of Data Driven Delivery Systems and Outcome Based Delivery Systems until the sale of those companies.

Gary Jacobs has had an extensive corporate and legal career, focused primarily on corporate strategy, U.S. and international business development, and mergers and acquisitions, with particular experience as a senior executive in the health care and hospitality industries.

Jacobs is Chairman of Accuity Delivery Systems, LLC, a provider of high quality healthcare information services via an integrated model. He is a principal of Bulldog Partners, a real estate development company based in Beverly Hills, California, and related entities.

From June 2000 until December 2009, Jacobs served in senior executive positions at MGM Resorts International (President – Corporate Strategy or Executive Vice President; General Counsel; Secretary; Member Board of Directors and Executive Committee). While at MGM, he provided oversight over all legal matters, MGM Hospitality, and all other company joint ventures and strategic partnerships. Jacobs was instrumental to MGM’s activities in China, including MGM Grand Macau and MGM’s joint venture with the Diaoyutui State Guest House, Beijing.

From 1988 to March, 2014, Jacobs was a senior partner of the Los Angeles law firm Glaser Weil Fink Jacobs Howard Avchen & Shapiro LLP. From 1971 through 1988, Jacobs was a partner and/or associate of Wyman, Bautzer, Christensen, Kuchel & Silbert.

Jacobs received his LL.B. from Yale Law School in 1969, where he was Order of the Coif. Following law school, he was a Law Clerk for Hon. Wilfred Feinberg of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University-Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and studied at the London School of Economics.

Jacobs' other current affiliations include: Member, Board of Governors of the American Jewish Committee and Executive Committee of AJC-Los Angeles Region; Chair (2008-14) and Chairman Emeritus of AJC’s Asia Pacific Institute; Co-Chairman of The Abraham Society; Member, Board of Overseers, Brandeis University International Business School; Member, Board of Fellows, Brandeis University; Member, Board of Directors, Game Play Network and Pricefalls, LLC; Member, Board of Advisors, G Commerce, and M+M Media; Member, Board of Directors, Los Angeles Theatre Works; Member (Honorary) of the New Center for Psychoanalysis, Los Angeles, California.

He and his wife, Robin, have two children, Melissa and Matthew.
